В статье рассматриваются особенности защиты интеллектуальной собственности в Российской Федерации. Показаны правовые основы охраны результатов интеллектуальной деятельности, анализируются судебные и административные механизмы защиты исключительных прав. Отмечаются проблемы доказательственной базы, пробелы в законодательстве и недостаточная адаптация существующих институтов к вызовам цифровой экономики. На основе трудов отечественных исследователей выделены перспективы совершенствования системы защиты интеллектуальной собственности, включая цифровизацию процедур, развитие международного сотрудничества и внедрение альтернативных способов разрешения споров.

The article examines the specific features of intellectual property protection in the Russian Federation. It outlines the legal framework for safeguarding the results of intellectual activity and analyzes judicial and administrative mechanisms of rights enforcement. Special attention is given to the problems of evidence collection, legislative gaps, and insufficient adaptation of existing institutions to the challenges of the digital economy. Based on the works of Russian scholars, the paper highlights prospects for improving the system of intellectual property protection, including digitalization of procedures, strengthening international cooperation, and the implementation of alternative dispute resolution methods.
